01 General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between btdk3 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of this website ("you", "user"). btdk3 is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

btdk3 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To use btdk3's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must use this platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable identity information.
• This platform may not be used for the purpose of gaining any professional advantage through your account.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fairness, btdk3 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing a withdrawal request, or at any point deemed necessary, we may ask for your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Certain account features may be restricted until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately. btdk3 is not liable for any loss resulting from misuse of your account.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

btdk3 supports the most widely used and trusted payment methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Currently accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, delays may occur if KYC verification is pending or if an account review is in progress.

4.4 Honest Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

05 Terms Relating to Bonuses & Promotions

btdk3 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus winnings become withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳18,000 (1,200 × 15) in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Strategic or dishonest behaviour aimed at obtaining bonuses (bonus hunting, use of multiple accounts, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

Regularly active members can participate in a four-tier VIP program: Bronze (maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%), Silver (maximum 0.8%), Gold (maximum 1.1%), and Platinum (maximum 1.5%). Advancement through tiers is determined by activity and loyalty.

06 Gaming Rules

All games featured on btdk3 are operated by third-party software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. The individual rules of each game apply.

6.1 Fairness & Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). btdk3 is committed to ensuring fair play. If a game outcome is affected by a technical fault, the relevant round may be voided and funds automatically refunded.

6.2 Technical Issues

If you are stuck in an incomplete game round due to network disconnection or server error, please contact the support team to recover the affected bet. Bets placed during a system outage will be reviewed and reconsidered after analysis of the situation.

6.3 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game. These limits are displayed in the game interface. The option to set personal limits is also available as part of responsible gaming.

07 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Collusion (illegal coordination with other players) or cheating.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.

08 Responsible Gaming

btdk3 believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of income. We ask all our members to play responsibly and within their financial means.

• Do not play in an attempt to recover money you have lost.
• Set a budget for yourself before gaming and stick to it.
• Avoid playing if you are not in a sound or alert state of mind.

10 Intellectual Property Rights

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btdk3 is not liable for:

• Loss arising from inability to access the platform or from interruptions or disruptions.
• Issues caused by faults in third-party software or game providers.
• Account loss resulting from a user's own negligence or password sharing.
• Data loss due to unforeseen technical failures.

In any circumstance, btdk3's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount you deposited in connection with the specific incident in question.

12 Policy on Changes to Terms

btdk3 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website or send a notification to your registered email.

If you do not agree with the new terms within 14 days of the change date, please request closure of your account. Continued use of the platform after the new Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

13 Account Closure & Suspension

btdk3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If a serious breach of the Terms is established.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If there is suspicion of involvement in money laundering or other financial crimes.
• If a user refuses to complete KYC verification.
• In compliance with an order from a court or regulatory authority.

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time through support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned.

14 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and promptly.

For disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs and gaming system records will be considered the final evidence. If resolution through support is not possible, an attempt will be made to settle the dispute through third-party mediation.

Complaint submission deadline: complaints must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the disputed incident.
